Adelheid Schöneich
It was my talent for foreign languages which arose my interest in this profession. I studied in Munich, intensifying my studies with prolongued visits to Britain and Spain. Somewhat more than 20 years have passed since then – years in which I developed my skills and built up a successful career as a free-lance conference interpreter.
I have kept my residence in Munich although working all over Europe and occasionally beyond.
I have an abundance of experience and expertise in all kinds of conferences, ranging from one-to-one conversations right up to AGMs of large corporates with several thousand participants including live broadcasting via Internet and television.
Professional appearance, etiquette, tactfulness and utmost discretion come as a matter of course.
My commitment and love for the profession finds expression in my membership in the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) as well as in the German Bundesverband der Dolmetscher und Übersetzer (BDÜ).
